➢ BACKSTORY- Half of the Earth has been submerged due to rising water levels and climate change, and half the world's population has been wiped out by the DRASTIC change. While it's still ok to walk on sidewalks and drive on roads, the remaining people who adapted to their new way of life came up with new ways to survive the new era of "Atlantis,"... as they all call it. Buildings hovered over the watered pavements; Cars have protective "bubbles" around them & the tires are now moved horizontally to maneuver the streets underwater, and people can walk freely with protective headgear and footwear whenever they go underneath the waves of the city. However, the leaders of this Earth unanimously declared that NO ONE is allowed to go outside the major towns and cities that are protected by the "bubbles." Mutated creatures are roaming within the murky depths of the unseen oceans. Scientists are desperate to try & catch samples of these creatures, but none have survived to share their discoveries, and the ones who DID are too much in shock to even explain what they had seen. But, in Sub-Hattan (Portmanteau of "Submerged" and "Manhattan"), the city is still as lively and busy as it hadn't even been affected by the Earth's mighty shift and new deadly creature—especially a certain college student. Enter Gavi Shore, a senior biology major at the local university. A studious girl with a "near-perfect" work-life balance, she maneuvers through Sub-Hattan with poise. A college student during the early mornings, a renowned babysitter during the afternoons, and a party animal at night, she is loved by almost everyone in the city! One special day came in school when she teamed up with some classmates and the nation's TOP scientists to go out and explore the wide ocean and its many creatures. They all know that this job will be dangerous and have taken EXTRA precautions and training to dive into the waters, but she was BEYOND excited to go out and see these amazing creatures underneath the water! The time came for them to dive in, and Gavi & her lab partner went in as the last group after the other students got their samples of the deep-sea creatures (there were MANY close calls from interactions). She went in to study the bioluminescent ecosystem of underwater plants and coral. While she was busy writing notes & admiring the beauty of the glowing fauna... something was stalking her in the distance. Glowing to blend in with the bioluminescence, a spider-like creature that's almost the same size as a medium-sized dog bit Gavi's hand. Horrified and in complete panic from the pain, the student swam back to the surface in fear of what had stung her. In a frantic daze, she tried to tell everyone what had happened, but she couldn't remember if she saw what it was that bit her; all she saw were a bright, fluorescent glow from the plants. Her hand, pooling with blood, was in complete numbness as the scientists and on-sight paramedics came by to help mend her hand. But then... everything around her went blurry, her hearing got muffled, she was sweating bullets underneath her diving suit, and she was heaving. Then, Gavi went limp. All she remembered hearing before fading into consciousness was panicked shouting of "SHE PASSED OUT!" and "OH MY GOD, IS SHE OK?!" and "GET HER TO THE HOSPITAL, NOW!" She felt like her body was doing gymnastics: contorting, fumbling, and morphing, like something was crawling underneath her skin... and she hated it. The next morning, she woke up to bright lights illuminating her face. They stung her eyes like they were tiny, little wasps, her head throbbing from the overexposure to the lights. 'Hurts... Make it go away,' was all Gavi could think about. She tried to move her head away from the source but saw that she was on a gurney with her head laid perfectly still. 'Where... Am I...?' Gavi tried to move but quickly realized she was tied down. It felt claustrophobic, and she doesn't have claustrophobia! Her still-in-pain eyes darted across the ceiling, her breath picking up. She called out to someone... ANYONE. "W-WHERE AM I? HELLO? CAN SOMEONE TELL ME WHERE I AM? I-I NEED TO GET BACK TO CLASS... I HAVE A JOB TO GO TO... I-I NEED TO GO HOME... I-" On cue, she heard footsteps approach her bed. In a panic, she tried to move her head from the restraints to see who it was. A woman in a white coat with funky glasses walked up along with some nurses, and she was carrying a clipboard with a stack of papers with red ink. "Sorry, Ms. Shore. You're going to have to stay here a little longer. You're in the hospital due to an infectious bite from a mutated sub-spider. We've done some tests to see what it's doing to your system, and we have to keep you here to do more tests because the results are... peculiar. It seems as though, from your blood sample, that the bite is altering your DNA and bone structure." In an absolute daze, Gavi looked like she had seen a ghost. Her bone structure? That's why her body felt like it was doing a Cirque du Soleil act! What was this spider bite doing to all 206 bones in her body: Removing? ADDING? MULTIPLYING? "... Doctor, please. I need to go home. My parents are probably worried about me... I don't know how long I've been here, but I-I need to leave... Please, I-" "I understand your concern, Ms. Shore, and we share the same concern for you too! You're body has completely changed over the last four days, and we can't just let you leave! We have already alerted your parents about this situation, and they want you to stay here until we can figure out what is happening to you. We need to understand what it has done to you, miss." What? 4 days...? How long was she out for? Gavi felt the world around her go silent, all she heard was ringing from the sudden bombshell of a reveal that her body had morphed into whatever it was NOW, and she had been in a coma-like state for four days! Biting her lower lip, which stung like hell (why were her teeth so sharp?), she started to feel streams of tears go down her face. Tensing up to stop herself from crying, she felt the straps around her arms loosen, and... SNAP! She unintentionally ripped the restraints on her body off! In awe, she gave the doctor a mixed look of confused-amazement, and the doctor and nurses stood there in shock. Instinctively, she reached up to the head restraint and ripped it off in an instant. Within milliseconds, the nurses tried to apprehend her to keep her down, but she quickly swung her arms, realizing that she was fast... super fast, even, and swatted them away. Now perched on the hospital bed, she jumped across the room (she was in complete shock at this newfound ability) and ran out of the room to the sound of an alarm ringing. All of the sounds and lights were making her head spin. She sprinted down the halls like she was playing soccer in the old days, her hands covering her ears, and she winced as her eyes STILL stung from the overhead lights, her hospital gown blowing behind her. What is HAPPENING to her?! She was NEVER sensitive to sound and lights... She looked up to see a crowd of nurses and doctors blockading the end of the hall, and security guards came running down with batons to stop her from running. In a panic, she instinctively reached for the wall next to her to try and weave her way from them... her palm was stuck to the wall! Gavi put her foot on the wall to try and budge her palm off, but now her foot was stuck!! What the- Now? She was standing on the wall!!! Everyone stopped to see the discovery. Gavi quickly used that opportunity of complete shock & awe to run on the wall and ceiling to escape. Jumping down from the ceiling to the exit doors, she ran out into the world, and... everything burned her eyes. She hissed as the Sun bore holes into her dilating eyes. "What. Is. HAPPENING TO ME?!?" Gavi looked and sounded like a maniac. She was screaming in a hospital gown with a raspy voice to an open crowd of onlookers. She heard sirens. She turned to see the police were called to stop her from escaping. Horrified, she panicked to see where she was. What fucking hospital was this!? Otto Octavius' Hospital and Research Facility. Sub-Hattan's most prestigious and expensive-ass hospital and experimentation lab. Was she being EXPERIMENTED ON? She had no time to think because the police were surrounding her, yelling for her to put her hands up and to comply back into the hospital. Her fight-or-flight instinctively activated (she HATED police with a passion), and she balled her fists up in defense... SCHINK! A bony protrusion erupted from her middle knuckles. A claw? A… needle? She looked in fear at her hands as the sounds of guns clicked, indicating they were about to shoot her on the spot. She didn't know why, but a part of her brain was yelling at her. 'RUN. RUN. RUN.' Survival was now on her mind. She ran SO far and so fast that she thought her gown would've ripped off from the velocity she was going. The sound of police cars chasing her was deafening. She was out of breath and realized that she was nearing the pier because the Statue of Liberty was in the far distance. She stopped right at the edge of the water, hearing the cars closing in. Stumbling away as they got out of their cars to apprehend her, she fell off the ledge of the pier and into the water. The police watched in horror as she fell... but stood back with gasps and curses in shock. Gavi was lying on top of the water like it were a bed! She was also in awe... today was a fever dream. She looked down at the water as she began to stand up, the water rippling underneath her feet as she stood perfectly still to witness this "magic." "Holy shit... am I Jesus?" Gavi jokingly said before a gunshot landed on the water next to her. Luckily, she had a little bit of time to move out of the way, and she ran across the top of the waves, droplets landing on her calves as she ran further away from the pier towards the statue. She saw the ferry of people on the island tour look and point at her in abject horror. Cameras flashed towards her, causing her to wince as she made it to the small patch of land that housed Lady Liberty, and she quickly climbed onto her sandaled foot. Remembering her newfound "spider-crawling" ability, she traversed the statue's oxidized-iron robe to her crown. Gavi stopped to FINALLY catch her breath... lying down on top of the statue's crowned hair, her gown in tatters from gunshot holes and dirt. She splayed out on her back and stupidly looked up to the piercing sun, which was still blinding her. Now realizing that she now has photosensitivity, she protected her eyes by turning on her side to cover her aching eyes... shutting her eyes to a well-deserved slumber as the realization of her new life came crumbling down on her... a water-walking woman with spider-like abilities. A "Spider-woman," even. *:･ﾟ✧*:･ﾟ✧*:･ﾟ✧*:･ﾟ✧*:･ﾟ✧*:･ﾟ✧*:･ﾟ✧*:･ﾟ✧ ➢ ABILITIES/POWERS AND PARAPHERNALIA- ▹ Spider-like abilities: She has superhuman strength, stamina, agility & reflexes and can stick to walls/buildings. Unlike some of the other Spider-people, her webbing is completely organic to suit her aquatic spider abilities and lacks a "spider-sense," so sensing/dodging attacks before they happen is near-impossible for her. She gets hurt easily due to it. ▹ Bioluminescence: Can glow completely in the dark and uses it as "signs" to her allies and can brighten herself to temporarily blind/stun-lock her enemies. Her eyes, special parts of her skin, and mouth mainly glow in the dark. Alternates between 6-7 colors: Green (main color), Blue, Yellow, Red, Pink, Violet, and White. ▹ Retractable Gills: Due to the alteration of her DNA, her neck will flare with gills to help her breathe and talk when submerged underwater. Can easily walk on land with them out, but has to replenish her gills' moisture every 4-5 hours. ▹ Fangs: Due to the alteration of her DNA, all of her teeth have been permanently altered to resemble fangs. Her canines are long and very sharp & can pierce the skin, but they aren't entirely lethal. ▹ Web/silk creation: Due to the alteration of her DNA, she can create a particular type of webbing from her palms and make webs to sling around in and can create "diving bell" webs to entrap her enemies in. ▹ Water walking/running: Due to the alteration of her DNA, the palms of her hands & soles of her feet have a special type of skin that can adhere to water surfaces. She can sit, stand, walk, and run on water! ▹ Narcosis Needle/Pressure Point Paralysis: Due to the alteration of her DNA, she had grown an extra bone, or "needle," that secretes a narcotic substance. It activates whenever under extreme stress/anger that can pierce her opponents. Thanks to her knowledge of human anatomy, she can easily locate pressure points to "sting" her opponents with the "needle," and her "stings" are never fatal, so they fall into a numb state for a couple of hours. *:･ﾟ✧*:･ﾟ✧*:･ﾟ✧*:･ﾟ✧*:･ﾟ✧*:･ﾟ✧*:･ﾟ✧*:･ﾟ✧ ➢ TRIVIA ▹ Full name is Gavi Shore! She's loosely based off of Gwen Stacy/Ghost Spider's story from the comics & the Spiderverse movie! ▹ Her abilities are modeled after the real-life Diving Bell Spider! ▹ She's a marine biologist, focusing mainly on deep-sea creatures, underwater fauna and coral reef system preservation, and she plans on getting a job as a Deep-sea Biologist at Alchemax. ▹ The universe/Earth's number, 2024, is my graduation year of college in real life!! :D ▹ Strider is Caribbean-American (just like me IRL!). Her mother is from Trinidadian, and her father is from New York. Whenever she gets mad/stressed out, her Caribbean accent pops out. ▹ Strider lives with her parents in their house and with her older sister, Nadia Shore, who is a late-night nurse at Osborn Trauma Center. Her and Nadia have an on-off relationship, but they're usually ALWAYS on good terms! Gavi noticed that Nadia had been extremely "manic" and aggressive out of nowhere ever since she had been working at the trauma center the last 2 years. Worried that she had been taking a drug or steroid to keep her performance going, Gavi tried to get her to stop but Nadia got angry at her for "being nosy" and to leave her alone when it comes to her work. Their relationship went downhill from there. ▹ She had a romantic relationship with her best friend, Kendall Parson. But due to her duty as a Spider-woman, she begrudgingly ended the relationship just to keep them safe, of which Kendall understood & reciprocated. ▹ Strider works as a babysitter to gain extra money during college. She is also the main babysitter of Gabriella O'Hara, the daughter of the head Geneticist and new CEO of Alchemax, Miguel O'Hara. As payment for her work, he offers her Spanish lessons because she's been wanting to brush back up on her Spanish from years of neglect (her mother's upset at her for forgetting her Spanish… just like me IRL LMFAO-). She was absolutely STUNNED that her idol, Dr. O'Hara, had hired her to be his main babysitter for his daughter!! ▹ Gavi starts her Spider-woman adventures two months after she receives her powers, stopping petty crime and super-villains across Sub-Hattan. She even comes up with the Superhero alias of Water Strider, named after the water insect for being able to walk and run on water! ▹ Strider hates what she has become. Her DNA had been completely rewritten to have the same DNA code as the mutated aquatic spider that had bitten her. She has lost many friends, family members, and loved ones due to her being Spider-woman. Heavily blames herself for even taking the research project, saying her life would've been so much better without this "curse." ▹ After the fiasco of her abilities and escaping Octavius' Hospital and Research Facility, she slowly reintroduced herself back to school. Naturally, of course, her peers were extremely worried about her, but they quickly got accustomed and appreciated her new appearance & abilities. ▹ Since she's become bioluminescent, Strider is photosensitive to EXTREME light exposure. She can still be out in the sun for long periods, but she needs special sun-wear to protect her eyes. Gavi also developed special markings on her face & neck, abdomen, arms, and legs which glow in complete darkness. Jokingly, her friends call her "Nite Lite," which makes her a bit upset (lol). ▹ Doctor Octopus is Water Strider’s MAIN nemesis. They want to do experiments on her due to the Sub-Spider’s DNA altering properties to use it for themself to go out past the barriers and take over the nation. ▹ The mutated Sub-Spider's size and "design" is going to be based off the Metroid species, specifically the larva stage! ▹ Her canon event was her college's Department of Science exhibition: The Green Goblin stopped the presentation out of no where, and of course, she stopped them but at the cost of their life. Her parents were killed in the trajectory (her dad protected her mom from the falling rubble) and Green Goblin, who turned out to be her older sister, was impaled by a pole from the aftermath. Turns out that Nadia had been taking Globulin Green, a performance-enhancing formula, to keep her from "dropping dead" from the stress of work... Gavi had lost ALL of her family members that night. ▹ After her canon event took place, she joined the all-hailed Spider Society (after being Spider-woman for, almost, a full year & after stopping an anomaly that appeared in her universe). Strider was recruited by Spider-woman Jessica Drew, who was ASTONISHED by her abilities... and she realized that Gavi's family had JUST died three months prior to meeting & she had no one to go home to, she couldn't payoff her college debts since her parents were helping her pay it off, and was spiraling HARD due to her deteriorating mental health from being Spider-woman and massive loss. Strider also thinks Jess is really cool (she rides on a whole motorcycle! That’s cool as fuck!!), so she was taken in under Jessica's wing. ▹ Upon joining the Spider Society, she makes really good friends with Spider-man/Peter B. Parker, Scarlet Spider/Ben Reilly, Dark Web/Dante, Spider-red/Rolyat Weaver, Burst Spider/Silkie, and Guinevere Sinclair/Spiderlyte! ▹ Strider heard, from the grapevine, that Burst Spider was a DANGEROUS Spider-person, and she was assigned to watch over her/be her guard. In the end, the two became the bestest of friends and both cause havoc a lot around HQ (lol). ▹ Strider had met the all-praised leader of the Spider Society, Spider-man 2099, by happenstance: She was hanging out with the other Spider-people at the HQ's community pool while explaining/showcasing her abilities (aka dancing on top the water & glowing in the dark while they blast music). He happened to walk by and, obviously annoyed, angrily told them all to stop the party & get back to work, and he pulled Gavi aside to his office to have a debriefing of her abilities and see if she was "liable" to be part of the Spider Society. ▹ Much to her surprise, she realized that the leader is... Miguel O'Hara? Confused, she slowly begins to realize that her Miguel on Earth-2024 was WAY different than... this Miguel. Her Miguel had NO powers, was married with a child, and was happy; this Miguel is... angry, exhausted, and emotionally broken beyond repair. Gavi, by her own accord, finds out that Miguel has lost Gabriella due to his own mistake of trying to live in a different universe that he didn't belong to, destroying it in the end. Realizing that Gabriella in her world is still alive, she decides to keep ALL mentions of her O'Haras lives a complete secret, not wanting to put her life and universe at stake... but it later proves futile. Miguel soon finds out and, in PURE desperation, DEMANDED Gavi to allow him to see her one last time... but she refuses, saying she won't let him destroy another universe due to his grief. The two end up having a slightly strained relationship due to the revelation and denial. ▹ Though she respects Miguel as a leader and does sympathize with his loss, she can't help but see straight through his cold, stoic demeanor to see an aching father who misses his daughter so, so much due to his mistake. Gavi secretly gets Gabriella back on her Earth to make gifts and notes for him as an alternative to him not going to her universe, and she makes him promise that he’ll never step foot in her universe whenever she does this for him... of which he agrees upon. ▹ Outside of anomaly-solving missions and meetings, she and Miguel have a "frenemy" relationship going. Strider likes to make Miguel "have fun" just to make him loosen up a bit by dancing & singing to Latino music (she found out that he REALLY likes Mexican cumbia) and poking fun at him, which sorta works at times... emphasis on sorta. Gavi and Miguel would have full conversations in Spanish (thank you, Earth-2024 Miguel!), and it usually ends with her running away laughing with Miguel flustered & yelling in Spanish. ▹ Since they both had their DNA rewritten with spider genetics, Miguel understands and supports Strider whenever she has her self-deprecation episodes about herself, for Miguel never liked what had became of him either. Usually takes up as her "listening ear" while she goes on tirades about herself in his lab. ▹ Despite their frenemy-type relationship, Gavi finds something... oddly charming about Miguel. She "can't put her finger on it," but she believes he's a genuinely good-natured man (she knows what is it: she can’t admit that she thinks he’s really hot despite him being a broken mess… just like me IRL 💀).

Background|

Living without a prominent father figure was hard for Yuuki, but he made up for it by having all the friends he had & their respective fathers to help me get by. Both Yuuto and Yuuki were patronized by other schoolmates in their younger years for not having a "stable household", but that never stopped them from having an enjoyable childhood... especially Yuuki. A bouncy and tireless youth, he never let anything sad get in his way, and with a strong brother and friends who stayed by his side at all times, he almost felt invincible. With Haro always by his side, Misao's caring and "older sister" vibes, and Yuuto's voice of reason, Yuuki found a way through life that will make him happy... or so he thought. Unfortunately, cracks began to appear in his happy-go-lucky personality. During the 5th grade, he was relentlessly teased and bullied. Faking his ever-growing pain, Yuuki tried to ignore all the insults and jabs to his home life from his bully... but one day, he pushed it too far... causing Yuuki to snap in uncontainable anger.

Sitting in a dark corner of a classroom, Yuuki looked in horror at the mess he made of his bully... he TRULY didn't mean to end his life. He just wanted to teach him a lesson to not pick on him, but all the pent-up anger won the battle of self control and just... unleashed hell. Found by the police, they unfortunately took him in for questions, and a shaken Yuuki couldn't muster a word for what he had done. Given a hefty 16 years in juvenile detainment, he was lucky to get out in 6 due to good behavior. Although he was well-liked by some guards and made a few friends in detainment, Yuuki changed. Disregarding the long scar on his cheek from an unwanted prison fight and permanent scowl, he felt as if he were "weak"... Building a fragile-yet-sturdy wall around himself, his once-happy demeanor altered to a more aggressive and cautious personality. Starting high school after 2 months of being home from detainment, he knew it was going to be a challenge for him. Growing anxious over the thought of others pestering him with questions of his time or trying to provoke a reaction out of him, Yuuki tries his very best to stay calm.

Well known for being merciless beings with god-like strength & stamina within Hell, Iras have inhumane desires to destroy everything and anything within their field of vision. These demons are surprisingly rare to see in Hell due to their light red skin, muscle-tight bodies always covered with battle scars, and feral teeth and claws that can leave gashes down to the bone. Mostly found everywhere within Hell, but are usually found in the Core since most Iras are heirs of the royal family... or as the destined Destroyer, a being of unruly power that can either save or decimate Hell. Rumor has it that the latest Destroyer was the murdered heir to the throne who was later revived by a deal made with Death, breaking through the impenetrable barrier that separates Hell from the outside world with ease to plot and kill the mad tyrant... None have confirmed the fabled rumors and many have questioned their return to save Hell from the evil reign of the Lord of Hell.

Satan made a name of himself as The Rogue, saving countless helpless humans, demons, and fallen archangels in the ridged and cruel Outside. Walking around the wasteland of the Outside, he roams the area night and day for evil, inadvertently becoming the eerily barren land's protector. Eventually making it the hidden and reserved cliff hideout, known as Vagabond Refuge, Satan was praised and worshipped by those who permanently called it home as their protector by fighting against Royal Guards who breached through Hell for refugees. Crowned as the Vagabond Refuge's patron protector by its founder, Satan found himself once again venturing out into the unknown lands, unable to stay in one place for too long. He would later find himself saving lost militants of The Heaven's Gate Militia and even saving the life of an enemy-turned-lover of the Heavenly Virtues, Azrael, making him indebted to The Heavenly Order... much to both his and The Purifier's dismay.

Background|

An only child, Ozuru lived happily with his parents. He got everything he wanted: A pet cat, all the toys a kid could play with, the clothes he wanted to wear, etc. He loved his parents with all his heart when he was younger, but one day, they noticed that he had trouble sleeping and would have visible signs of tiredness. Taking him to see their doctor, they concluded that he's got chronic insomnia and that he has to take medicine to help him sleep. Although he's been taking his medicine everyday, the chronic insomnia started to get harder for him to sleep. Supporting their son, Ozuru's parents tried everything to help him live a normal life despite his worsening condition.

After hearing the news of a tragic death of young boy, the Ito's became very vigilant after Ozuru's wellbeing... much to his dismay. One day, Ozuru's father took notice of his agitated response to his mother's constant worry and tried to get her to ease it, but the effort turned into a full-fledged argument between the two. Clearly confused and afraid of the sudden outburst of his parents, Ozuru left the scene to his room to ignore the confrontation... little did he know that would fan the flames of feud of his parents even more. Ozuru never showed it, but his parents' constant bickering caused him immense pain: he wanted things to go back the way it was, but he didn't want to tamper with the already volatile atmosphere, so he didn't do anything except wait, lazily hoping it would all end.

Within the slums of the outer area of Hell, far away from everyone where they can do nothing and not care for others, Acedias are extremely rare to spot, for they all reside in the frigid caves away from Hell’s main area. Being constantly surrounded with poison gas and razor sharp crystals that produce a toxin that could send the toughest person into a deep sleep and hysteria, they're known for their thick-skinned apathy and negligence for others. Some are sought out for their expertise in sleep and poison practice, and Belphegor was on top of the game. His grasp on his knowledge of toxikinesis and sleep exceeds the other Acedias within Hell, and his handle of both telepathy and telekinesis isn't one to be reckoned with.

Fearing the death of all denizens of Hell from the hands of the Mad Tyrant, Belphegor left Hell to escape the riots. Living in a frigid area for majority of his life, Belphegor had no idea what the surface looked like or where he was! Quickly replicating the cavernous landscapes, Belphegor transformed a portion of the surface into a toxic, frozen scape for him to isolate himself in... Little did he know that he would catch the attention of the "meddlesome" Heavenly Virtues. Becoming one their prominent threats, Belphegor needed to find a way to get rid of the winged-annoyances. He later devised a plan to gather the well-known demons of each Deadly Sins together to put an end to the Heavenly Virtues. Appearing within the dreamscapes of each candidate, he successfully persuaded & recruited almost all 7 in order to combat their polar opposites, but he unfortunately failed to reach the agreement of the Demon of Wrath... for he was indebted to the Archangels, thus betraying the Sins.

Background|

Misao, born as the middle child to her family, never really experienced the fabled "Middle Child Syndrome" as usual kids would experience... in fact, she experienced the opposite: everyone pays attention to her and not the rest of the siblings. Two successful older brothers, an athletic younger sister and a baby brother, Misao always wondered why she's the only one that gets ALL the attention rather than them. She would always have to leave the house silently in order to get away from the constant hovering of her parents, and her sweet childhood friends would always be waiting for her outside her massive house. Even when she was a little girl, the constant "pestering" of her daily activities down to her thoughts was monitored and doted on by her loving parents. She used to hate it when she was little, but she began to love it and take advantage of it little by little.

A couple of months after her best friend was sent off to juvenile detainment, her father announced early to his family & to the world that he would retiring in 6-7 years and giving the ownership to the next progeny. Much to everyone's surprise, especially Daisuke, he declared young Misao the next owner & first matriarch of the Nakamura Enterprises, which specializes in International business affairs and trades. A festering jealousy began to arise between the eldest and the middle sibling, much to Misao's dismay... One day after high school ended, someone on the street recognized Misao on the street and tried to sabotage her family's fortune from her, but she was saved by a member of the Yakuza. She will later entrust small members of the Yakuza to help protect both her & the company from competitors, and to help supply money to the company to keep it afloat.

Near the center of the Hell, where the most powerful & upper-class demons reside, Avaritias roam around as the ever-aflame kingdom's Aristocracy. Withholding positions of power in The Royal Family and economics, they control all forms of trade: information, money, and goods & resources. One of the top dogs of the Aristocrats, is Madame Mammon. Having her hands on top of the economics, she control EVERYTHING within Hell. Mammon's contracts can give wealth of those who ask for her guidance, but with a small price: you need to give her something in advance, and those who fail to meet her rules will be faced with endless poverty or death.

The death of the heir caused a major uproar within the Aristocracy. Not only was there a growing revolution within the people of Hell to overthrow the Tyrant, but the economy was beginning to tank! No one was buying anything to make the Royal Family realize their grave mistake... The Aristocracy was beginning to be picked off one by one by assassins of the lower-class, but Mammon was always one step ahead of the rest: she left Hell just in time before everything went off the rails. Mammon eventually found Vagabond Refuge, a cliff-edge hideout. Making friends with fellow refugees along with its founder, Mammon made it her home... and even found the infamous Rogue living with the refugees.

Akatsuki Libunao married her high school lover Yousuke Hakurei after they graduated, but little did she know that Yousuke's family life was majorly dysfunctional. Despite his family's toxicity hanging in the air, Yousuke stayed in Japan to help raise his newborn son, Yuuto, but after Akatsuki had their second son, Yuuki, Yousuke's family's influence was slowly killing him. He had to leave the country to escape them, promising that he'll come back once they stop putting him in so much stress. Sadly agreeing, Akatsuki let him leave and had to raise two boys all by herself, and both Yuuto and Yuuki haven't had a strong father-figure later on their life.

Yuuto helplessly watched his younger brother get carried away by authorities after his case in court for the involuntary manslaughter, and he ended up going through an extreme rough patch and didn’t deal with it as well as anyone thought. He desperately tried to find a way to cope, but couldn’t seem to find a way. One day, a female student in junior high asked him if he was feeling ok one day. Getting the obvious answer of “no,” she told him that she could help try and solve the issue... in a rather risqué manner... and it somehow worked. Yuuto began to seek comfort from this female student anytime he felt down, and they engaged in sexual activities. One day, during one of his “sad days”, she asked if he would like to go to a “party” to ease the sadness. Little did he know... he'll slowly began to get hooked on the flings.

Luxuria's are known in Hell as both royal advisers and concubines to the Royal Family, and are usually seeked out for sexual favors and diplomacy. Hearing that Asmodeus, a Luxuria, was be born into the royal family surprised ALL of Hell and the Royal Court, and everyone didn't know how to react. Most members of the Court treated him with utmost respect and courtesy in favor of the King, but there were some who treated him as a "whore". Asmodeus lived in a lavish-yet-dubious life with his younger brother & heir to the royal throne.

Sadly, after his brother's murder from the hands of their father, Asmodeus' life in the Court turned upside down. The people of Hell turned against the Royal Family and especially against him: denizens began to mistreat him badly, and rumors of him being next for execution began to circulate through the castle and Hell respectively. He decided to flee Hell in search after hearing his brother had surprisingly survived the cold-blooded murder & living as a Rogue, and a bounty came out for him to return Asmodeus to the castle. Asmodeus made it his plan to find his brother and restore him back to the throne, and to help him bring peace in Hell.
